Currently there is no xbase language learning track. I have made a
formal request to add a Harbour track on the expectation that Harbour is
a good representative for the xbase family.

The Harbour track has been created at https://exercism.org

Once we get the testing regime established, we'll put out a general
request for contributions for the exercises. A minimum of 20 are
required for launch and these have been selected and solutions written.
HOWEVER, there is a current maximum of 140 exercises and having more
than the minimum would be great.
